Where has contributed most to global warming?

I really liked HannahRitchie’s writeup of global climate impact by country, but the Georgist in me was curious what it would look like normalized by land area so I took a shot at it.

Choropleth maps inherently tend to overweight land area, so I like this normalization to counteract that. A big part of climate change is about land use! That said, this is just one way to look at the data.
